Jeff Miller finds his artistic inspiration in musical expression.
As a former musician, he started making furniture in a friend’s basement as a way to pass the time between gigs.
However, woodworking and design provided an escape for Jeff like nothing else could.
Jeff’s art makes him feel ‘gloriously alive’.
He’s been designing and making furniture for 35 years. Jeff also spends his creative time teaching and writing.
Relying on excellent healthcare throughout his adult life, Jeff is excited to be a part of NorthShore University HealthSystem’s initiative of increasing access to mental health services through ACE 2019’s funding goal.
