Weekend Sale at Sawbridge Studios
Hey, Craft Lovers, if you’re looking for fabulous furniture and hand-made art and accessories by some of the finest artisians in the country, then look no further than Sawbridge Studios during the weekend of March 2! Sawbridge will be opening its doors to celebrate its 20th anniversary, highlighting the craft movement in America with special appearances and trunk shows by some of the studio’s most popular artists, including Marie Roth of Long Grove who makes historical American flags from reclaimed barn wood; Dennis O’Malley of Wilmette who makes water-colored etchings of Chicago points of interest; and Zachary Harms of Cicero who makes live-edge furniture from rescued Chicago-area trees.
Throughout the entire weekend, Sawbridge Studios will be donating 15 percent of the weekend’s sales, including website orders, to the American Craft Exposition (ACE), which raises funds for breast and ovarian cancer research and care at NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore).
