Jurying for ACE 2016 is Complete!

Home-Bubble-2016-2We are excited to announce the completion of jurying for the 32nd Annual American Craft Exposition (ACE)!

As always, the decision process was difficult with another talented pool of artists submitting applications. This year’s jurors selected a group of 144 artists from a large pool of talented and worthy applicants. Of those artists, six rising stars were juried in under our Emerging Artist category.

We look forward to seeing all of our 2016 artists and their beautiful handcrafted works of art at the Chicago Botanic Garden in September.

Stay tuned for the full list of artists, which we will post in the coming weeks!

  1. Hi my name is Denny Wainscott. I do gourd art and was told about 4 years ago that you do not allow gourds into the show. I see this year again that you still do not accept gourds. I do some of the same shows that Marvin Blackmore and Mark Dolittle. A lot of my collectors also collect Marvin’s work and a lot of his collectors also collect my pieces.. I won an award at Amy Amdour”s Chicago Botanic Gardens this summer. I believe I take gourd art to another level With my detailed carving and my inlay work. Can I send some pictures to you for the possibility of you taking gourds into next years show
