I love devising wearable structures in beads of glass, sterling silver, and wood. I finish the structures with hand-fabricated findings of sterling silver. I strive to balance lushness of surface appearance with economy of form.

My research into global beadwork history might not be too interesting – but it is relevant to my jewelry work insofar as studying beautiful old pieces gives me ideas. The “About/Scholarly Practice” page of my website has links to many of the articles I’ve written. I’m fine if you decide to pursue this aspect of my life – or not. You decide!
